“Every act of perception, is to some degree an act of creation, and every act of memory is to some degree an act of imagination.”
Oliver Sacks, Musicophilia: Tales of Music and the Brain

Born in Adelaide, South Australia, on Kaurna Land; Georgia Combe is an Australian photographer and painter.

Taking photos to document discrete moments of colour and composition; people and place. Painting as an extension of process.

Everywhere you go, life never stops unfolding. Moments good and bad, worthy of documentation. No one persons perspective is less valuable than another, and with the words of Oliver Sacks in mind, everyone is a creative. Use the camera and paintbrush in place of the pen.
